The DC5350 DC brushed motor is a permanent magnet DC drive motor for home and small commercial coffee grinders. When powered on, it relies on a carbon brush commutator for mechanical direction. Typically, it uses a single motor for fast grinding, but sometimes paired with a gear reducer. By reducing speed and increasing torque, it drives the cutterhead (flat or conical blade) to grind coffee beans and produce ground.
The market demands a motor that can grind quickly, also use a gearbox to increase torque, offer high power, and long lifespan, offering excellent cost performance. The Honlite DC5350 motor was developed based on these customer requirements. It supports a wide range of voltages: DC24-310V DC (AC can be paired with rectifier bridge to DC); It offers high power: load 150-180W, up to 200W (input power 300-350W); Single motor no-load speed: 800-5000rpm, output 50-300rpm after passing through the gearbox (grinding operating speed); Single motor torque: 5-15kg·cm; after deceleration, torque can reach 80-200kg·cm, with even greater stalled torque, so even if coffee beans get stuck, they won't easily jam and shut down.
